The Know Your Birth comprehensive childbirth course prepares you for your birth by focusing on informed choices, current evidence, physiology, the normality of birth, and the indications for, risks, and benefits of interventions in pregnancy, labor, and delivery. This provides expecting families with the individualized, consumer-driven decision-making framework necessary to determine the best path for them. Learning the framework of how to decide means never having to memorize everything you heard in childbirth class or rely only on any one source of information.
Instead, in addition to receiving top quality information, families learn how to frame decisions in the moment, no matter what challenges might arise.
